Fitness or flexibility an issue?

Don't worry! Classes are progressive and everyone works at their own level. If you have existing injuries or medical issues just talk privately to our teacher at the start of the session and she'll suggest alternative activities as we go along. We have members who've had operations, sprains, shin splints and various other problems (none of them dance related) who've all benefitted from the advice of our very experienced teacher.

Dance is a great way of improving your overall fitness and flexibility gradually, while having fun at the same time. It's also fantastic for strength (core and body), grace, agility and mental health!
